We are now set-up to accept HSA/FSA credit cards. Prior to their appointment, It is up to the client to check with their plan provider to see if Massage qualifies as an approved expense. If your HSA/FSA card is declined when checking out, a secondary form of payment, such as a credit card, Venmo or Cash App, will be needed. Please note we do not accept Insurance. For those clients with HSA/FSA accounts that do approve massage, this is an excellent form of self-care.

Deep Tissue Massage utilizes slow, firm strokes which target the inner layers of muscles & connective tissues.  It can relieve muscle pain, loosen adhesions & promote healing by increasing blood flow & reducing inflammation. Cupping therapy may be incorporated into any of our Sports Massage & Stretch to lift tissues up & draw in fresh blood flow from injured tissues. We use a variety of cupping modalities including stationary cupping, sliding cupping or vacuum cup therapy. It is an excellent way to release rigid soft tissues, loosen adhesions & promote circulation.
